“Il start Monday.” Is a common thing we all say to our self when skipping gym to go out with the lads, or eating our emotions away after a shitty day at work. Why is it that you just can’t stick with that diet plan? Or training plan you got from your coach? It’s always the same case, you find yourself in a constant reincarnation of belly fat that goes away then comes back in a few months, we’ve all been there. Is there a cheat code to be consistent?
What if I told you that there is? There is a cheat code for you to organize your mind in a way that will keep you consistent in anything that you do. ‘Will Smith said in an interview. “you don’t set out to build a wall, you don’t set out to build the biggest greatest wall that’s ever been built.
