In the event of receiving damaged or faulty goods, please send photos of the issue and your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. We will then be in touch with the manufacturer or supplier to resolve the issue.
If you have received an item incorrectly, please send your order number to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange for the item to be returned and replaced for free. Incorrect items MUST be unopened and in its original condition so it can be resold.
You may receive a refund if your product is faulty or damaged. We do not do refunds if you change your mind. Alphasupps.co.nz will refund your account in loyalty points worth your refund.
